REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY

Vagdevi Astro Solutions make every effort carefully to ensure that the order is dispatched properly and committed to superior quality products and complete satisfaction. 
In case you wish to Return item (s), please ensure that you follow the below mentioned instructions for hassle free and speedy Refund 

* The product must be returned within 7 days of the date of Receipt 

* If you wish to replace the product please mail us to our customer care to know the product is covered under Return policy 
    ( Remedies,  Horoscope 
      and Yantras can not be 
      Returned)
* Items should be Returned in the original box. The box should not be Damaged or Tampered with by Sticking Label or otherwise writing on it
* GEM STONES can not be Returned as they come with Lab-Certification and Property Checked before dispatch,  however for any of defects in the Gem Stone Vagdevi Astro would replace the same with in 7 days of the return and Replacement Policy applicable 
* Refund/Replacement for Goods merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Vagdevi Astro Customer service team 
* Some items are ineligible for return including : 
     * Vagdevi Astro "Talk to 
        Astrologer " Coupons 
     * Expired or Used Goods 
     * Goods Damaged after 
        Purchase 
     * Goods received as 
        Ordered and not 
        Returned with in 7 days
   
  REFUNDS
* The Refund Amount will be credited with in 7-10 business days for the original payment method. If paid by Credit/Debit Card refunds will be sent to the Cards issuing with in 5 business days of receipt 

CANCELATION POLICY 
* Refunds are not Provided once a service is rendered or a Report is Generated 
* If Customer experience technical problems preventing them from accessing the service or Generating a report may be eligible for a refund, but this is often at the discretion of the website 
* Refunds are considered if the customer contacts within 2 hours of payment,  but no refund is given once Report is delivered 
* Keep records of your purchase, communication with customer support and any relevant information in case you need to make a claim
