User Agreement

This User Agreement describes the Terms and Conditions applicable between Vagdeviastro.com Website, its Sub-domains, other Android apps, and every person (User or Visitor) who avails and uses or accesses the Site under the domain at vagdeviastro.com.

Member or User

A Member or User is one who has registered themselves or applied for availing services on Vagdevi Astro Platform for advice or services from an Astrologer.

Website or Portal or Platform

Website or Portal means all websites or apps owned by Vagdevi Astro providing various Astrological and Allied Services. Vagdevi Astro may update, amend, or modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The User is responsible for checking the Terms of usage periodically to remain in compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

Vagdevi Astro provides various Astrology and Allied Services, allowing Users to select their choice of Astrologer from various Astrologers registered therein and get consultation through Voice Call or Chat.

In Conclusion

a. Vagdevi Astro would be pleased if this server had served to the maximum satisfaction of Users.

b. Vagdevi Astro gladly receives all warnings, ideas, and tips on improvement that can be sent through the service content at the buttons of the page.

Disputes

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules under Indian law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Telangana in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India and venue in Hyderabad, Telangana for any such proceedings.
